Sound Bath Meditations start at 6:30pm and last one hour.

Sound Bath Meditation is an ancient healing practice using pure sacred sounds from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls along with various indigenous instruments to bring the body and nervous system in harmony.

Everything is a vibration. We are vibrational beings with a soul. Instruments set to certain frequencies have a positive impact on your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Sound healing allows your body to heal itself by slowing down your brain waves, which affects every cell in your body, shifting them from a state of dis-ease to being in ease. This allows our internal healing mechanism to function optimally.

Come and relax, de-stress, enjoy, and receive the benefits the sacred sounds have to offer. Cost depends on the venue hosting the sound bath. Complete the form to get pricing information and register.
